In 2014 we opened the doors of American Fiber Splicing with one goal in mind: excellent customer service in fiber optic networks.
For us, customer service means bringing nothing less than the highest level of experience and technical knowledge to our customers.
Founder
Stacy Knott, the founder of AFS has worked in fiber optics since 1998, amassing considerable technical and hands-on knowledge of fiber optic network installation, restoration, training and troubleshooting.
Organic Growth
We’ve grown our business through referrals and added services over the years usually in the process of helping our clients solve unusual problems. Our latest service expansion into Coaching and Mentoring, grew out of customer needs.
